2024 is a bumper year for global elections with over half of the world’s population going to the polls. Whether new regimes are ushered in or status quo prevails, immigration experience has shown that immigration policy and migration topics are at the forefront of election debates.

This session will look at what we know, and what we might be able to predict to help navigate through the challenges that political transitions can bring. It will also look at how HR and Mobility professionals can plan ahead for changing and potentially turbulent times.
