Soraya is a Client Engagement Assistant Manager in Fragomen’s Brussels and Amsterdam offices. Soraya leads the Benelux regional hub’s client engagement and business development initiatives and advises businesses headquartered in Benelux on immigration strategies in Europe. She is heavily involved with the firm’s activities and government strategies work across a range of sectors, including technology and new energies.

Prior to her current role, Soraya worked as a Senior Consultant for Fragomen’s Dutch practice, focusing on inbound immigration for clients in the technology and entertainment sectors. She has significant experience leading on large-scale projects for clients, including managing EMEA-wide executive moves and advising on large-scale workforce restructurings.

Before joining Fragomen, Soraya was a Senior Consultant at a Big Four firm, where she managed a key client’s global immigration programme as part of their Global Management Office. Soraya started her career as an attaché in the Political and Economic Affairs section at the Belgian Embassy in Buenos Aires.

Soraya speaks English, Dutch, French and Spanish.
