Patrick is operating as the Group Head of Expatriate Management in Assicurazioni Generali, an Italian based insurance company with a strong presence in Europe and emerging markets like Latin America and Asia.

Patrick started as a tax advisor for a small boutique focusing on a wide range of subjects, ranging from corporate tax & VAT to specializing in personal income taxes in a major Big 4 firm. After that, Patrick started working for Assicurazioni Generali as the Head of Expatriate Management where he focuses on policy creation, management of active inbound/outbound cases to and from Italy.

Recently he has been involved in the creation of new flexible policies to meet various needs by involving several stakeholders (such as Talent, D&I and Group Tax). Patrick holds a MSc in Fiscal Economics and an LLM in Tax law from Tilburg University
