Melania Soncin, Senior Associate at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, specialises in labour law, industrial relations and global mobility. Over the years, she has gained significant experience in advising Italian and international clients on all aspects of labour law (contracts, policy drafting, litigation) and industrial relations, assisting companies also in complex reorganisations and company transfers.

She frequently handles global mobility issues and international projects, coordinating with Ius Laboris' foreign firms and assisting both Italian companies and subsidiaries and foreign parent companies. She has been a speaker at international conferences organised by the IBA and ERA. She is author or co-author of numerous articles and publications in the area of labour law, including 'Employment and Employee Benefits Global Guide Italy'.
