Yvette is currently driving the Global Mobility & Immigration space for Finland, Netherlands and Spain at Thoughtworks, a leading global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design and software engineering to enable enterprises and technology disruptors across the globe to thrive as modern digital businesses.

Part of a global team that has been focussing on moving from regional responsibilities to becoming a Global Team, with their main focus now to create policies that are adopted throughout all regions, especially for longer term assignments.

Since last year we have also been working on business travel within Europe and the compliance needs to deal with the posted workers directive, social security and tax implications.

Originally from the Netherlands but living in Spain for almost 20 years, Yvette has more than 15 years of experience in the mobility & business travel space, starting her career as business travel consultant at BCD travel, moving on to logistics and mobility, and finally as Global Mobility & Immigration manager at Thoughtworks since Jan. 2019.
